Yes. Once we've scoped the project together, we issue a fixed quote. Unless you change the scope, the price does not move — so there's no meter running and no anxious surprises at the end.
We take a 50% deposit to reserve your slot and begin work, with the remaining 50% due at launch. Deep Dive projects are milestone-billed across the engagement. We accept bank transfer and card.
A Tide site usually ships in 2–3 weeks, a Current project in 5–8 weeks, and Deep Dive engagements run to a custom timeline. The biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back to us.
That's common, and it's fine. Tiers are starting points, not cages. Tell us what you need and we'll build a tailored quote that includes exactly the right pieces — nothing padded, nothing missing.
Your project price is a one-time build cost. Third-party services like hosting, domains and premium fonts are billed by their providers, and we offer optional monthly care plans if you'd like us to keep looking after the site.
